Executive, Digital Process Architect (Islamic Banking)

Job Description:

•Design digital process and propose appropriate digital solution for the bank product proposition.

•Manage cross department relationship and ensure strategic business proposition & aspiration of the Bank is realised.

•Undertake market research and survey for the newly proposed digital product and solution.

Responsibilities:

•Identify new digital innovation ideas that suits the Bank and fit the current trends and support the proposal with proper evidence and thorough analysis.

•Identify the appropriate digital solutions and architecture for the existing products processes and new product proposition.

•Advice , considering market trends, customers needs and business goals.

•Researcher of the Islamic product team which supports the team with updated data for any new innovations.

•Assist in product management activities including enhancement of existing processes, internal documentations and propose efficient governing procedures to promote efficiencies.

Qualification

•At least 5 years relevant experience a financial institution. Preferably candidate with an mixed experience in digital product/Information system.

•Understanding of web technologies, software development methodologies and digital product architecture.

•Good analytical / problem solving / process design skills.

•Well versed in banking & finance regulation.

•Experience in conducting market research and reading industry
