Quotation and Project Support
- Quotation Generation: Use company templates to prepare and format formal quotations based on the technical specifications and pricing provided by the sales and technical teams.
- Administrative Follow-ups: Follow up with internal and external parties to ensure all required information and signatures for quotations and permitting documents are obtained in a timely manner.
- Document Submission: Handle the administrative process of submitting final quotations and official project documents to clients and relevant authorities.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present accurate and timely sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Sales Report Preparation: Generate and format weekly and monthly sales reports for management. This includes compiling sales figures, tracking progress against targets, and summarizing key client interactions.
Administrative & Coordination
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and arrange meetings with clients and internal teams, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as technical and finance departments, to ensure smooth project execution and customer service.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all client and projectrelated documents.
