Job Description

  • Perform and analyse booking accounting transactions, working and calculations are executed on timely and accurately.
  • Generate and send invoices and statements to clients/customers promptly.
  • Process and record incoming payments accurately by daily.
  • Collaborate with the front office to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Assist with the invoicing and arranging payment to suppliers/SSM.
  • Perform reconciliation, payment and collection of accounting documents.
  • Assist in the execution of accounting functions including journals, accounting entries and etc for month end closing reporting.
  • Assist to maintain organised records and files, both digital and physical, ensuring proper documentation and retention.
  • Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing and document preparation.
  • Performing daily administrative tasks, including recording of daily courier service, arranging despatch and etc.
  • Assist in the arrangement of company internal events, celebrations and CSR initiatives.
  • Assist to complete other duties assigned by management.
