  1. Verify and process financial transactions and payments, including tenancy administrative fee, stamp duty payment and/or other charges.
  2. Prepare payment and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor and statutory payments in accordance with company policies.
  3. Review vendor invoices and supporting documents to ensure proper authorisation, coding, and compliance with approved budgets.
  4. Issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes and refund in accordance with approvals.
  5. Maintain and reconcile tenant accounts in coordination with the Sunway Malls Finance dept.
  6. Monitor tenant payment performance and follow-up on outstanding amounts.
  7. Initiate reminders, collection letters and other recovery actions in line with Sunway Malls credit control procedures.
  8. Prepare month-end closing, accruals, and financial audits by providing necessary schedules and documentation.
  9. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial reports and debt aging reports.
  10. Support Sunway Malls Leasing, Tenancy Admin, and other internal departments by providing relevant documentation and financial updates.
  11. Assist in preparing related documents, reconciliation schedules and other ad-hoc matters as assigned.

Job Requirement

  1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 23 years of working experience in finance or property management
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) and familiarity with accounting systems
  4. Good communication skills and attention to detail
  5. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
