Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly ICSS/ITSR reports, and ensuring all submissions are completed within BNM timelines.
• Assisting in preparing monthly management reports and addressing queries from stakeholders in proper manner.
• Preparing journals in a timely manner and performing self-checking both before and after journals are posted.
• Performing SL-GL reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Performing regulatory data submissions within stipulated timelines.
• Responsible for supporting ad-hoc and finance projects, including process improvements assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in finance reporting, ie ICSS/ITSR.
• Minimum degree in accounting, finance etc.
• Good understanding of IFRSs/MFRSs and BNM reporting guidelines
• Good communication skills and good teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ie. Oracle
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
