JOB SUMMARY
Support the development of financial literacy content, including designing financial literacy modules, preparing targeted messages and assist in developing financial literacy proposals as well as implementing the financial literacy initiatives in line with members needs and expectation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Develop content plans/proposals/content for Financial Education and Advisory.
- Conduct desktop research, prepare data analysis, or gather members insights through empathy sessions to plan for suitable financial literacy content, identify opportunities to promote financial literacy content and aligns the content with members needs.
- Assist in preparing, designing and presenting content plans/proposals for approval.
- Assist in preparing, designing and reviewing financial literacy content including but not limited to financial education modules, targeted messages, infographics, guidebooks, manuals, articles, videos and other educational resources.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement from time to time.
- Engage cross department representatives, offering input on financial literacy content.
2.Develop financial literacy content to support the implementation of financial literacy and product related initiatives.
- Conduct desktop research, prepare data analysis or gather members insights (when necessary) to identify suitable financial literacy content and aligns the content with members needs.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial literacy content and copywriting of financial literacy initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring that the approval process is carried out where necessary.
3.Carry out benchmarking/industry research related to the scope of financial literacy content.
- Conduct industry research through various methods such as fact-finding, desktop research, benchmarking, empathy sessions, and other relevant approaches.
- Assist in preparing and presenting the benchmarking reports for approval.
4.Assist in developing framework and manage the implementation of financial literacy initiatives.
5.Coordinate with relevant departments in supporting the implementation of financial literacy programmes/initiatives organised by the EPF and Financial Education Network.
6.Assist in coordinating engagement sessions with stakeholders including relevant departments and external stakeholders related to implementation of financial literacy initiatives and content management.
7.Implement tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen
- Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in the field of Finance/Economics, Mass Communication/Journalism or equivalent qualifications from local or overseas higher learning institutions recognised by the Malaysian government.
- At least four (4) years of experience in research and data analysis, financial literacy content management or initiatives (experience in financial services is an advantage).
- Possession of Registered Financial Planner/Shariah Registered Financial Planner certification or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Strong writing skills in Bahasa Melayu and English in the scope of financial literacy and financial planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data from external and internal sources.
- Proactive, able to be multitasking, willingness to learn, work in a team and share knowledge.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written correspondence) in Bahasa Melayu and English professionally with stakeholders.
