To assist in daily monitoring with Accounts Receivable on the incoming funds from customers and with the Accounts Payable for all payment out
To ensure planner will be updated by daily basis and the fund is sufficient for all planned payment;
To update Maybanks cashbook;
To update the daily exchange rate to be uploaded in Ramco;
To assist in daily, weekly and monthly bank reconcile and clear all reconciling items on a timely basis;
To assist in preparing month end closing activities including posting in Ramco and reporting;
To assist and ensure month end closing report are prepared or reconciled timely;
To assist in administrative works such as preparing transfer of funds letters, issuing bank guarantees, filling in related forms, etc.; and
To undertake any other duties as directed by the superior from time to time.
