Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Executive role located in Kulim. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring effective communication between teams, and maintaining high standards in property management. Tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting tenant management, analyzing operational data to improve services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Executive will also actively contribute to initiatives aimed at exceeding customer expectations and promoting sustainability in operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational planning
- Marketing and tenant relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and local retail management standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in property management or retail operations is an advantage
