Job Description:
- To assist Senior HSE Manager in preparing HSE Plan for each project undertaken based on the nature of activities in the project
- To compile monthly project HSE report submitted by Project HSE Lead for further review and analysis by Senior HSE Manager
- To update relevant HSE information related to HSEMS for reference and benefits of the whole department
- To prepare draft HSE Plan for each project undertaken based on the nature of activities in the project
- To update the results of evaluation of individual performance of Project HSE Lead and Project HSE Supervisors
- To review, update and compile new/existing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) worksheets relevant to business unit for future projects reference
- To update information on HSE from various projects as lesson learnt in the intranet system
- To prepare HSE reports for projects undertaken by business unit
- To update the status of all corrective/preventive actions related to all projects determined during internal/external audit, inspection, management personnel walkabout, client's audit and etc.
Job requirement:
- Candidate must possess a Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the Health and Safety field. Experienced candidate will be considered for senior role
- Registered SHO with DOSH
- Registered with CIDB
- Computer literate and ability to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Candidate must be willing to be based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
