  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job portals, career fairs, and partnerships with universities/colleges.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and records for management review.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and staff engagement activities to attract and retain talent.
  • Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in retail/property/hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Familiar with employment laws and HR practices is an added advantage.
  • This role is a 6 months contract position and based in Sunway Pyramid.
