Overview

The Executive, Employee Engagement is primarily responsible for driving university outreach activities and assisting the Manager, Employee Engagement to launch the bankwide employee engagement (EE) survey and executing activities based on the survey. The EE Executive will drive consistent executional excellence in university outreach and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Employee Engagement

  • Employee Engagement Survey: Assist EE Manager to launch to bankwide employees, drive participation, collate the results and present the insights/ findings to senior management, divisions and departments
  • Assist EE Manager to drive a high level of consistent execution for all activities, together with the Employee Engagement champions in each respective division/ region nationwide.
  • Ensure EE activities registration set up timely and communicated accurately.
  • Assist EE Manager to conduct market research on EE best practices, benchmarking and reviewing latest EE developments/ trends to consider for implementation.

Other

  • To help out on other assigned duties when required eg candidate interviews etc.
  • Track attendance, compile feedback and results for each EE activity for inclusion in internal/ external reporting including but not limited to Senior Management Committee presentations, Annual and Sustainability Reports, sustainability assessments and regulatory reporting (BNM).


Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Graduate with CGPA 3.2 or equivalent
  • Native English skills - written and spoken
  • Strong project management, analytical & presentation skills
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word (intermediate level)

  • 1 - 2 years in public relations, management consulting or similar role
  • Able to execute activities/ events to a high level of finesse consistently
  • Able to work on ad-hoc projects that may extend outside of key responsibilities and accountabilities stated here eg candidate interviews as assigned

  • A high level of empathy is desirable as we have a diverse, multi-generational workforce and a large population of employees within our branches nationwide
  • Understanding of industrial and organisational psychology is an added advantage
