JOB SUMMARY
Support performance monitoring, analysis and reporting functions of EPF by managing data collection, performing advanced analysis and translating operational and performance data into strategic insights, dashboards and management reports. This role supports informed decision-making, performance governance and continuous improvement initiatives at Department, Region and Branch levels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect data from various sources such as databases, internal systems and relevant external studies for performance monitoring by ensuring comprehensive coverage of operational, service delivery and performance metrics required by management.
- Collect, validate and organise data to ensure accuracy and consistency by identifying data gaps, correcting errors and standardising datasets prior to analysis.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc KPI performance reports for management and internal control to enable monitoring of organisational performance against approved targets, KPIs and service standards.
- Develop KPI dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Excel and relevant statistical tools to facilitate effective visualisation and monitoring of performance trends at Department, Region and Branch levels.
- Conduct trend analysis and data pattern identification to support KPI achievement by identifying performance gaps, potential risks and areas requiring improvement or intervention.
- Analyse performance data to generate actionable management insights that support strategic planning, operational improvements and product or service enhancement initiatives.
- Perform data validation checks to ensure clarity, accuracy and reliability of reports prior to submission for management review and decision-making purposes.
- Prepare data visualisation materials such as charts, graphs and dashboards to support management presentations, performance reviews and executive briefings.
- Provide accurate and validated data inputs for customer satisfaction surveys to support service quality assessment, benchmarking and reporting exercises.
- Supervise mystery shopper programmes and validate branch scoring to ensure compliance with approved assessment frameworks, methodologies and evaluation guidelines.
- Analyse performance-related appeals data submitted by Branches and Regions to support fair, consistent and transparent performance assessment and review processes.
- Prepare branch and regional performance rankings based on approved performance indicators to support benchmarking, performance comparison and management reporting at organisational level.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen
- Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
- Bachelor's Degree with honours in the field of Actuary Science / Statistics / Business Economics or equivalent qualifications from local or overseas higher learning institutions recognized by the Malaysian government.
- Experience in data analysis or performance monitoring is an added advantage.

- Willingness to learn, work in a team and share knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Power BI, Artificial Intelligence and related analytical tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with effective professional communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
