Job Purpose
- To provide administrative and operational support for Property Management and OSH-related matters, including maintenance coordination, tenancy management, utilities, insurance, licensing compliance, vendor management, and repair works. The role supports business continuity, proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and the effective management of property and workplace safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and defect rectification works.
- Liaise with landlords, building management, contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities.
- Manage tenancy, utilities, insurance, licensing, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support vendor management, quotation sourcing, and service contract administration.
- Assist in coordinating OSH activities, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on property and OSH matters.
- Provide backup support to ensure continuity of Property and OSH functions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
- Licences/Certifications: OSH-related certification (e.g. OSH Coordinator/SHO.
Experience
- 3–5 years in administrative, compliance, or support roles.
- Exposure to OSH or sustainability-related functions is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of OSH practices and regulatory requirements • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination ability.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
