JOB SUMMARY
Support the planning, coordination and implementation of training and development initiatives across Regional Offices and branches under the Physical Channel Department. The role focuses on ensuring effective execution of learning programmes, supporting competency development and enhancing workforce capability in line with organisational objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training Programme Planning & Coordination
- Support the planning and coordination of annual training programmes across Physical Channel functions
- Assist in developing training schedules, programme calendars and coordination plans
- Support preparation of training proposals and documentation for approval by relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate discussions with internal stakeholders, consultants and training providers to ensure effective programme delivery
- Monitor the implementation and progress of training programmes to ensure timely execution
2. Training Effectiveness & Capability Development
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes in collaboration with EPF Learning Campus (ELC)
- Support identification of competency gaps and training needs across roles and functions
- Monitor training outcomes to ensure programmes deliver value in terms of technical skills, product knowledge and leadership development
- Support initiatives related to structured learning, including knowledge-sharing sessions and Train-the-Trainer programmes
3. Learning Programme Administration & Liaison
- Act as liaison officer to coordinate training-related matters
- Prepare and track training KPI reports, including participation and completion rates
- Support coordination and administration of ad-hoc training requests across departments
4. Training Budget & Procurement Support
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual training budgets based on workforce size and training needs
- Support procurement processes for training programmes (e.g. preparation of RFP, documentation in procurement systems such as ARIBA)
- Assist in coordinating vendor selection processes, including supporting technical evaluation sessions
- Monitor training-related expenditure to ensure alignment with approved budgets
5. Learning & Development Programmes
- Support coordination of external training programmes, certifications and professional development initiatives
- Assist in managing digital learning platforms and tracking learning plan completion
- Support onboarding programmes for new employees at branch level
- Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions and capability-building initiatives
- Support nomination and coordination of staff participation in specialised programmes (e.g. certification programmes)
6. Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare training reports, data analysis and presentation materials for management
- Support updating of guidelines, documentation and training-related policies
- Maintain proper records and documentation for training programmes and activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen
- Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
- Bachelor's Degree with honours in Human Resource, Business Administration, Education, or related fields from recognised institutions
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training coordination, HR development, learning administration or related areas
- Strong coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with training systems, procurement processes or digital learning platforms is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
