Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations, industry best practices, and company values.
Ensure data privacy and protection compliance by implementing and maintaining policies & procedures related to data security, confidentiality and employee privacy.
Manage industrial relations by fostering positive relationships with employee representatives and other relevant stakeholders.
Manage disciplinary cases and conduct thorough and timely investigations
Conduct and coordinate Domestic Inquiry
Handle grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner, conducting investigations and implementing resolution strategies in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR policies and practices are effective, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Provide training and guidance to people managers and employees on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Liaise with government agencies such as the labour office, industrial office, and SOCSO office for matters related to employee issues.
Represent the Company in any labor disputes, hearings, or legal proceedings when necessary.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare relevant HR reports
Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in industrial relations, labor relations, or human resources.
Basic understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and employment regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of industrial relations practices and principles.
Familiarity with current labor market trends and issues.
Willing to travel or relocate to Bukit Raja, Klang - HQ Office
