We're Hiring: Executive – Infrastructure Management

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance Planning, Budgeting & Monitoring
• Monitor maintenance expenditures and prepare progress reports.
• Plan and evaluate future maintenance and infrastructure projects.
• Assess and allocate budgets for urgent maintenance works.
• Ensure effective utilisation of maintenance budgets and resources.
2. Technical Support & Facility Upkeep
• Provide technical support services to ensure minimal operational disruption.
• Inspect, analyse, and plan rectification works for facilities.
• Identify required tools, materials, and resources for maintenance activities.
• Ensure continuous improvement of infrastructure condition and reliability.
3. Complaint & Rectification Management
• Monitor tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Track rectification progress through systems and reporting tools.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Ensure high tenant satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
4. Procurement & Project Execution
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) and conduct site visits.
• Initiate and manage Purchase Requisition (PR) processes for maintenance projects.
• Monitor project execution from initiation to completion.
• Ensure proper documentation and payment processing.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and integrity in procurement processes.
5. Tender Management (Security & Cleaning Services)
• Plan and manage tender processes for facility support services.• Evaluate contractor performance and service quality.
• Manage renewal and approval of tenders in coordination with Procurement.
• Liaise with internal departments for procurement compliance.
• Ensure safe, clean, and secure facility operations.
6. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
• Act as Document Controller for QMS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support continuous improvement of quality processes.
What We're Looking For
• Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, engineering, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or asset management disciplines.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and infrastructure operations.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Ts, Tc, Electrical Certificate A4/A0) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and technical execution skills.
