Executive / Junior Executive, In-House Sales

1. To resolve customer enquiries and grow customer base with potential leads;

2. To provide excellent customer satisfactions and build long-lasting relationships with the objective to increase sales volume and maximize profitability;

3. To promote branding and marketing plans through various advertising channels, continuous monitoring and providing feedback on performance;

4. To support in roadshow campaigns and branding initiatives;

5. To develop and maintain strong relationships with alliances and business partners;

6. To support personal financing segments by maximizing customer values;

7. To carry out portfolio risk analysis, encompassing development of key performance indicator (KPI) and trends.

Requirements

1. Possess a Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Banking or equivalent;

2. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply, guidance will be provided;

3. Internship (Final year final semester is preferable);

4. Computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel;

5. Must be able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;

6. Matured thinking, bright personality with good attitude and able to interact with people;

7. Meticulous, detail-oriented, good problem solving and analytical skills;

8. Strong interpersonal and good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia;

9. Strong time management skills and able to work effectively under pressure;

10. Possess a high level of commitment, integrity and responsibility; strong planning and organizational skills; and can be depended upon to complete assignments conscientiously and independently in a timely manner;

11. Applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen & willing to work in KL (accessible by MRT, LRT & Monorail).
