To resolve customer enquiries and grow customer base with potential leads;
To provide excellent customer satisfactions and build long-lasting relationships with the objective to increase sales volume and maximize profitability;
To support in roadshow campaigns and branding initiatives;
To develop and maintain strong relationships with alliances and business partners;
To support personal financing segments by maximizing customer values;
To carry out portfolio risk analysis, encompassing development of key performance indicator (KPI) and trends.
Requirements:

Computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel;
Must be able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
Matured thinking, bright personality with good attitude and able to interact with people;
Meticulous, detail-oriented, good problem solving and analytical skills;
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Strong time management skills and able to work effectively under pressure;
Possess a high level of commitment, integrity and responsibility; strong planning and organizational skills; and can be depended upon to complete assignments conscientiously and independently in a timely manner;
