Prepare and submit accurate monthly management accounts for Joint Ventures and retail operations within timelines.
Ensure timely preparation and review statutory financial statements, management, and audit reports.
Develop annual budgets, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow, within designated timelines.
Create monthly rolling Profit & Loss and Cash Flow forecasts.
Ensure timely submission of tax returns, tax estimates, and SST reports.
Monitor and reconcile cash flow, AP aging, AR aging, bank reconciliations, and intercompany balances monthly.
Verify data accuracy in the IFCA system, covering cash book, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and CSS system entries.
Undertakes additional tasks as directed by management, such as preparing financial decks, analyzing monthly variances (actual vs. budget), and conducting ad hoc financial analyses.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or its equivalent
Minimum 1-3 years working experience and preferably 2 years relevant experience in Accounting functions
Proficiency in accounting systems and software.
Strong ability to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail for in-depth analysis.
