Job Summary
Management, Services and Advocacy Unit (MSAU)
Responsible to facilitate and coordinate the operation of Management, Services and Advocacy Unit (MSAU) to ensure all events, advocacy programmes, postal service matters, state office and resources administrations are well managed in compliance with all the SOP.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute effective scheduling of advocacy & corporate communication programmes & activities i.e Kempen Internet Selamat, NADI, etc.
- Provide periodic reports, assessments of advocacy programmes organised.
- Promote and organise awareness on consumer rights (cyber wellness, CFM, content and relevant contents.
- Ensure the standards operating procedures (SOP) are well manage in compliance for performance tracking.
- Coordinate centralised relevant tasks including but not limited to KPI management, annual budget development, and reports preparations (i.e. Annual Report).
- Plan, organise, coordinate and execute events and programmes effectively and efficiently at state level.
- Review and conduct appropriate analysis on the quality and performance of the events organised to achieve high quality standards.
- Prepare post event report including guest feedback analysis, technical glitches and recommendations for improvement to ensure the success of the programmes and activities.
- Facilitate day to day office administrations including manage and utilise the state office budget in line with the SOP and guidelines.
- Facilitate relevant operational issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timeline.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree Professional Qualifications in any disciplines.
- Minimum 0 — 4 years work experience
Technical Competencies
Policy Development
- Sound understanding of the regulatory framework under the CMA'98 and its subsidiary legislations.
- Good grasp of new developments that impact the communications and multimedia industry, from an economic, social, technical and consumer protection perspective.
Project Management
- Sound understanding of project management elements — including resources, risks management and problem.
- Diversify and flexibility to adapt and adopt changes and requirements of each project management levels.
- Attention details, effective supervision, sound reporting and writing capabilities, provide critiques for continuous improvement.
Candidate must be willing to work in Kelantan.
