Executive, Learning & Performance (LEAP) (Johor Based)

Description

The Executive, Learning & Performance (LEAP) will play a crucial role in driving the learning and development initiatives across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This position is responsible for enhancing employee performance through effective training programs and ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning programs that enhance employee performance and development.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs within the organization.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development of learning materials and resources, including e-learning modules and workshops.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
