Induct new hires into orientation programs for a smooth transition to the workplace.
Compile Training Needs Analysis to determine the training need.
Administer and develop advance annual training plans for the calendar year.
Coordinate & facilitate on-job-training (OJT) in accordance to schedule.
Undertake and oversee the development, design, and conducting in-house training courses, including developing internal training resources.
Engage and enact participation into in-house L&D courses for employees.
Processing of external training requests.
Evaluate instructor/training provider performance and the effectiveness of the training programs to the participants, providing recommendations for improvements.
Organizational Development initiatives, which include administering employee engagement surveys.
Support implementation of Learning & Development and Organizational Development special initiatives e.g. Internship Program, succession/talent retention program, competency development program, etc.
Maintains records for audit to demonstrate actual practicing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policy, and objectives.
Any ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor&aposs Degree or higher in Human Resources or other field of study.
Proven career track as an in-house trainer, preferably in Retail industry.
