Job Description :
1. Learning & Development Support
Coordinate training logistics including venue arrangement, attendance, registration, training calendar updates, HRDF documentation, vendor coordination, training records, and certificate tracking.
2. Recruitment Coordination
Schedule interviews, align panel availability, arrange meeting links or venues, and support candidate communication and recruitment tracking.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Support
Assist in engagement activities and HR events, including logistics, briefings, coordination, and documentation follow-ups.
4. HR Administration & Inventory
Manage HR stock inventory (kits, gifts, training materials, etc.), ensure replenishment, and support cost tracking and documentation for L&D, engagement activities, and HR campaigns, including basic reporting and reconciliation.
5. Employee Records Support
Assist in ePFile checks, updates, filing, and general documentation coordination.
