Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Marketing Strategy and Communication, your duties and responsibilities for the Group of Companies are as follows:
- Support the Manager on marketing, media and PR matters relating to the company
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the intended target audience of each project through different channels
- Own and manage all social media accounts: Content creation and calendar management (write, schedule, and post), monitor fan sentiment and feedback, respond to enquiries, seek out and set up new platforms
- Develop digital marketing strategies using the allocated budget, monitor and analyse the results, then propose new or revised approaches based on the data
- Work closely with internal teams to produce the relevant artworks and content needed for each project
- Communicate with and manage external stakeholders, ensuring that they receive the required deliverables for each project in a timely manner
- Craft press releases for each project involved in the launch of the company's events as necessary
- Manage media enquiries, interview requests, press conferences, and other corporate events
- Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demands
- Evaluate latest technology trends that can be leveraged to spur innovation in events, exhibitions, and customer experience
Your duties shall comprise the duties of your appointment, and without further remuneration, other duties deemed appropriate by the Company
About You:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree, with specialisation in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Event Management preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, a plus if in the field of events, music, or entertainment
- Strong interest in the events/entertainment industry and possess good knowledge of music trends across genres
- Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Possess a keen can-do attitude, quick to learn and pick up new skills, and able to thrive in a quick-paced and dynamic environment
- Native-level Fluency or Professional Working Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese required for communicating with external counterparts and drafting of press releases and social media captions
- Skills and experience with using design/creative tools and platforms a plus (E.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva)
Able to commit to working during event periods, which may include long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays
