SUMMARY

As an executive of media buying & implementing, you are responsible for the negotiation and placement of all media for existing clients and new businesses. Also responsible for ensuring the best possible value is secured for an advertisement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executes & scheduling for all media plans in the assigned group of markets within established budgets.
  • Use the most appropriate media to reach the client's required strategic objectives thereby increasing exposure to the target market.
  • Manage the client's budget, ensure that invoicing is correct and that all proof of placement regarding use of media space is sent to the client for payment purposes.
  • Negotiates and purchases television, digital, radio, and print media for all accounts within an assigned group of markets.
  • Estimates, updates, and adjusts all broadcast ratings per demographic, per quarter.
  • Documents all negotiations and credits.
  • Monitors buys in progress by spot checking placement and negotiating credit or billing adjustments when necessary.
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum diploma in Mass communication or any related field.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, careful & meticulous.
  • Strong Mathematical abilities
  • A self-starter and a team player with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work within timelines.
  • Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally
