Job Description: We are looking for a
detail-oriented Operations Executive (Payments) to join the team.
In this role, you will support
day-to-day payment operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily payment operations, including transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, and payouts
- Monitor payment activities and investigate transaction exceptions, failed payments, and discrepancies
- Perform transaction monitoring and support compliance-related operational requirements
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to resolve payment-related issues
- Maintain accurate transaction records, operational reports, and reconciliation documentation
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and payment processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Payment Operations, Reconciliation, Settlements, Chargebacks, or Transaction Monitoring within fintech, payments, or banking environments
- Good understanding of payment workflows, transaction lifecycles, and operational controls
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage for supporting regional stakeholders and partners
