Executive Officer, Strategic Alliances MY

Job Description :

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with Company Secretaries (Co-Sec), business consultants, and ecosystem players to drive SME client acquisition
• Develop and execute alliance strategies to position the Bank as the preferred financial partner for newly incorporated and growing businesses
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure partnership frameworks, value propositions, and joint engagement models
• Develop briefings, presentation decks, customized marketing and sales collateral for internal & external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute business development events, seminars, and networking sessions targeting SMEs and intermediaries
• Preparation of weekly/monthly dashboards and tracking templates to be shared to management such as SME Banking's Deposit Reports and Deposit Management Deck to monitor the department's ROI.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive cross-sell opportunities including financing and merchant services
• Design and implement alliance campaigns (e.g. Co-Sec referral programs) to incentivize internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor conversion rates from referrals and partnerships into actual business outcomes
• Assist the team members in arranging meeting or briefings with stakeholders such as the Branch Network, Sales Teams or other departments and be the main liaison between clients and the department to arrange any business prospects or meetings and update the departments respectively.
• In charge of Ad-Hoc tasks such as payment related matters, competitor analysis, special projects and more in a timely and orderly manner.
