JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Operations Manager to support the daily execution of Triton Series Projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role ideal for someone with strong project management experience, excellent timeline control, and a problem-solving mindset, this role serves as a key link between the COO, internal departments, and external partners—driving clarity, consistency, and accountability across our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
The Executive Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the COO in the overall execution of all project operations, including but not limited to:
Support to COO
Project & Timeline Monitoring
Cross-Functional Coordination
Operational Tracking & Reporting
Internal Operations Oversight
On-site Operational Support
Process & SOP Improvement
