Responsibilities
- Help in the strategy for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts including:
- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ads, Tik Tok, LinkedIn
- Search engine marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads
- Affiliates
- Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.)
- Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms
- Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives
- Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews
- Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns
- Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition
- Share best practices with peers within group
- Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 0-2 years experience in digital marketing
- Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to get hands dirty
- Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality - you know the relevant KPIs and how
to work with them
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, comfortable in meeting tight
deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities and track-record of hitting targets with limited
resources/budget
- Previous experience working in a start-up or dynamic high-growth company a plus
