OVERVIEW
The Performance & Rewards executive plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering performance management and total rewards programs that drive employee motivation, engagement, and retention.
- Administer the performance management cycle, including goal setting, cascading, mid-year reviews, year-end assessments, and calibration.
- Coordinate companywide processes for promotions, salary increments/adjustments, bonuses, and long-term incentives (e.g., RSU, share grants, ESOS, etc.).
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and internal equity reviews to support competitive and fair pay practices.
- Manage the development, review, and administration of fixed-term contracts, including those for independent non-executive directors, senior executives, and top management.
- Support the design and execution of total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, perks, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and guidelines related to performance and rewards, contributing to the employee handbook and governance standards.
- Administer group insurance plans, ensuring policy compliance, renewals and effective employee communication.
- Participate in external compensation and benefits surveys, analyzing results to inform recommendations and reward program adjustments.
- Monitor manpower costs and reward-related budgets to ensure alignment with financial plans and business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior to support the effectiveness of the performance and rewards function.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in P&R or a related HR function is required for senior roles.
