Job Description: Personal Assistant / Admin Executive
Salary: RM4,000 ± (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a self‑driven and reliable Personal Assistant / Admin Executive to provide comprehensive finance, administrative, and coordination support to the management team. The ideal candidate is independent, organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
This role requires strong communication skills, exposure to technical or engineering‑related industries, and the ability to support procurement and business research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and basic finance support, including documentation, record‑keeping, and coordination of operational matters
- Assist with procurement‑related activities, such as:
- Managing and tracking BOQs
- Preparing comparisons, documentation, and follow‑ups
- Coordinate and manage professional communication, including reading and writing in Chinese when liaising with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders
- Conduct basic business research, data compilation, and preparation of summaries or reports
- Support management with scheduling, coordination, and ad‑hoc administrative tasks
- Maintain a structured and well‑organised filing system (physical and digital)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail in all documentation and correspondence
- Assist with operational and coordination matters related to technical or engineering‑related projects, where applicable
- Drive when required for work‑related matters
Requirements
- Independent and self‑motivated; able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to drive and willing to travel when required
- Able to communicate effectively in:
- Bahasa Malaysia
- English
- Mandarin (reading and writing required)
- Prior experience in a technical, engineering, or related industry is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of procurement processes (e.g. BOQ management, sourcing, documentation)
- Flexible, adaptable, and solution‑oriented mindset (not overly rigid)
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in one of the following or related fields:
- Business Administration
- Accounting / Finance
- Communication / Mass Communication
- Technical Studies / Engineering‑related disciplines
