Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Personal Assistant role based in Subang Jaya. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing day-to-day activities. The role includes handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, and maintaining accurate records and files. The Executive Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, helping to prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and ensure smooth daily operations. The position requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing schedules, managing priorities, and supporting senior leaders.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels and draft clear written correspondence.
  • Proficient Diary Management skills, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel while managing changing priorities.
  • Reliable Clerical Skills such as document preparation, filing (digital and physical), data entry, and basic office administration.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar software, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
  • Previous experience in a similar executive or personal assistant role; experience in a creative or agency environment is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
