Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in Shah Alam, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Executive Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day tasks, including providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating schedules, handling diary management, and ensuring seamless communication. The role involves assisting executives with personal and professional responsibilities, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and performing clerical duties as required to maintain efficiency and productivity.

- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Diary Management and effective Communication in English and Mandarin
- Prior experience with Clerical Skills and administrative tasks
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
