Functional (job responsibilities)
Engage existing customers via phone for cross-selling purposes, promoting HLB credit cards and personal loans utilizing effective probing, qualifying, and closing skills.
Cross-sell and up-sell an array of credit card portfolio products to the existing customer base.
Explain HLB product offerings and promotions, and pre-qualify customers based on specific credit criteria.
Ensure daily and monthly productivity targets are achieved, striving to exceed sales performance indicators set by management.
Maintain and uphold service standards, ensuring strict adherence to compliance, consistency, and the Code of Conduct & Ethics policy in all product offering efforts at all times.
Keep abreast of competitive issues, new products, and overall financial market trends.
Actively participate in providing constructive feedback during team discussions.
Foster positive relationships with team members within the team and department.
Carry out any other duties as directed by management.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
Adhere to department processes and procedures to ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal policies.
Respect the HLB culture and take an active role in the communities.
Participate and display teamwork in all aspects of work, projects, assignments, and Group Management Programs at all times.
