About the job:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Personalization Operations Specialist to own the delivery and execution of personalized experiences across Onsite, Offsite, and Omni-channel touchpoints. The ideal candidate will work closely cross-streams to ensure timely and high-impact personalization delivery that drives engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Role description:

  • Drive and deliver Onsite use case implementations via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Support implementation of personalized customer journeys, automations, and email HTML templates for Omnichannel use cases using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email and Mobile studio
  • Supporting local markets in day-to-day Personalization operations, with a focus on achieving optimal use of Personalization use cases
  • Monitor KPIs and formulate actionable insights and recommendations for markets and management
  • Align and work closely with all streams to deliver Personalization activations across Campaigns and Always-on to ensure on-time delivery
  • Demand management and co-ordination with HQ and market

Education level / Training

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Marketing / Business/ Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
  • Good to have: SFMC Email Specialist Certification

Experience (type of)

  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience, with at least 1 year specializing in email marketing, either agency or brand side.
  • Hands-on experience in managing campaign deliveries: plan, execute and cross-team collaboration
  • Hands-on experience in EDM development and execution, using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM platforms
  • Good understanding of overall audience strategy and best practices
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital content management is a plus

a) Technical Knowledge:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML/CSS

b) Soft Skills:

  • Good team player, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Customer service oriented and strong service mind
  • Good English communication skills
