Lost Prophet is a cultural brand owned by Wild Rice Sdn Bhd. We are launching in October 2025, a large-scale cultural fair at a major Kuala Lumpur venue. The event merges fashion, music, and youth culture under a comeback narrative.

About the Role

The Executive Producer / Event Director will oversee all aspects of event delivery venue, logistics, program flow, and partner coordination. This role ensures seamless execution of Malaysias first anti-gatekeep cultural fair.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue booking, floor planning, and production schedules.
• Manage logistics including vendor coordination, staffing, and security.
• Supervise program flow from fashion shows to live performances.
• Ensure sponsor activations are integrated into the event program.
• Direct on-site operations during the event.

Requirements

• Proven experience in large-scale event management or production.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Compensation

Project-compensated from sponsor disbursement. Range RM4,000RM12,000, with potential upside tied to performance.
