Perform standard, machinery practices in repairing and maintaining the gold course.
Key Responsibilities
To supplement projects instruction to improve the existing quality management system to meet the new standard requirements;
To prepare Monthly Management Meeting reports for monthly projects review and to support Management Review Board Meeting on quality improvement program;
To develop and establish procedures to improve the existing quality management system to meet the new standard requirements;
To perform system quality audit;
Inspect daily construction activities and ensure the quality of work done is on highest priority.
Ensure all works carried out and material used are strictly in accordance to specification and required standard.
Ensure Inspection Test Plan is enforced and works completed are up to the required Quality Standard.
To involve with material selection, evaluation and performance.
To ensure quality assessment (GQUAS/ QLASSIC) is in place including planning, coordination and site preparation.
Attend the inspection and testing carried out by contractor and document all the reports and results.
Participate in site meeting, monthly management meeting, project review, product briefing and any ad-hoc discussion related to quality matter.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years working experience in Quality Engineering, construction and property development.
Must possess working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 in construction and preferably in CONQUAS.
Skills & Abilities
Able to communicate with all levels of management, energetic, assertive and able to achieve bottom line result.
Problem Solving Skills.
Priority to employee that know about QLASSIC and CONQUAS
