JOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVES
The Executive, Program Implementation supports the execution of capability development programmed arising from functional competency assessments. The role coordinates programmed planning, delivery, and monitoring, working closely with Managers, HR Capability Development, and external providers. It ensures programmed are implemented effectively, progress is tracked, outcomes are evaluated, and records are maintained in line with governance and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate competency assessment results into structured development programmed and actionable initiatives
- Coordinate planning and execution of capability development programmed (training, on-the-job learning, etc.)
- Support end-to-end programmed implementation, ensuring delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Track programmed progress, delivery status, and key outcomes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR, and external training providers for smooth execution
- Monitor participant enrolment, attendance, and completion to meet programmed targets
- Evaluate programmed effectiveness through feedback, data, and performance indicators
- Maintain accurate programmed records, reports, and documentation in line with governance requirements
- Develop creative learning materials, presentation content, and communication assets to enhance programme delivery and participant engagement.
- Create digital content, multimedia materials, and visual communications to promote learning initiatives and capability development programmes.
- Document training programmes, workshops, and corporate events through photography and videography for documentation, internal communications, and promotional purposes.
- Support the use of digital platforms and creative tools to improve learning experiences and programme effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Exposure in any of the following areas is an added advantage:
- Learning & Development / Competency Assessment
- Training or Programmed Coordination
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Research on learning best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
- Basic programmed coordination and reporting skills
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Content Creation, Multimedia or Digital Learning
- Photography, Videography and Photo/Video Editing
- Graphic Design or Visual Communication
- Experience using creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications is an added advantage.
- Passion for leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, productivity, learning experiences, and programme delivery.
