Role Summary:

Key responsibilities:
Act as a partner to Clients in the design, launch & overall management, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns with a focus on accuracy, growth & innovation.
Develop strategy-driven programmatic media & engagement plans for key prospects, clients & other sister agencies in your portfolio.
Collaborate with agency teams, programmatic partners & publishers to source, evaluate & implement quality media proposals for our clients.
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving & an understanding of in contextual advertising, brand safety, ad tech ecosystem & KPIs (metrics)
Research, vet & test new solutions, formats & ad tech from partners to refine our programmatic stack & offering that drives higher performance for our clients.
Maintain industry expertise in order to provide insightful, fresh ideas & optimisations.
Create case study and submit innovative work for industry awards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, media, marketing, business or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of integrated/media experience in planning utilising Search, Display, Video, Social, Native, Connected TV, Digital Out of Home, Audio and/or Mobile. Working knowledge in technologies such as Google DV360, CM360, Google Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, Direct IO deals is a plus.
Passionate, Proactive & Client-facing Agency experience highly preferred. Excellent communication & project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
