Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate teams & resources for smooth project flow.
  • Identify risks & implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate updates, challenges & milestones to stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic plans to optimize efficiency.
  • Analyze project data & generate performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards & policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management & leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams & complex projects.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Semiconductor or related industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
