Job Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and implementing Marketing & Sales activities to achieve Business Plan goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • To devise and execute effective Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve project's Business Plan goals.
  • To plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition etc to deliver sales target.
  • To carry out market research and competitor analysis to supplement business decisions.
  • To conduct target market analysis and leads profile to supplement business decisions.
  • To coordinate inter/intra-department and external work flow in order to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.
  • To administer and execute department guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance.
  • To assist on any other works relating to marketing & sales functions such as but not limited management reportings, liaison with agencies/suppliers/ solicitors/bankers/authorities, undertake necessary application or renewal of Developer's License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permit (AP),and others.
Qualifications

Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field.

Skills & Abilities
  • Having good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese language would be an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Possessing a driving license would be an added advantage
Expected Minimum Years of Experience

1 year of related working experience, however, fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
