Job Descriptions

1) Managing the purchasing processes, creating purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management activities.

2) Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the user, and negotiate on pricing to ensure items are sourced.

3) Daily management of suppliers, including routine audits, change management, cost target management, and quality target management.

4) Reflecting quality issues to ensure timely compensation or resolution of anomalies.

5) Prepare analysis reports and purchase history for internal and supplier meetings.

Qualifications

• Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written). Mandarin speaker will be an additional advantage.
• Experience in creating and managing purchase orders
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
