Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Sourcing and Recruitment strategies, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Attraction.
  • Skills in Screening, Interviewing, and Evaluating candidates with attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms, and networking tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the drug development industry and clinical trials is a plus.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to meet evolving recruitment needs.
