Role Overview: We are seeking a tech-savvy, high-energy Executive Research & Growth Associate to partner with our Senior Consultants. Your mission is to solve the discovery phase of our business. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential client companies (Global Mid-sized MNCs) and sourcing elite-level executive talent using advanced digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Market Mapping (Client Side)
- Identify and profile mid-sized MNCs globally that do not have robust in-house Talent Acquisition teams.
- Find key decision-makers (CEOs, Regional MDs, HR Directors) and initiate first-touch outreach.
- Maintain an active pipeline of warm business development leads for Senior Consultants to follow up on.
2. Conduct ad-hoc Deep-Dive Talent Sourcing (Candidate Side)
- Execute advanced Boolean searches and utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and niche platforms to find passive candidates.
- Conduct initial digital screening to ensure candidates meet the basic requirements of the search assignment.
- Prepare Long Lists and Talent Maps for senior team review.
3. Digital Content Management
- Manage and update the company to ensure all data is accurate and actionable.
- Draft professional outreach messages and assist in distributing thought leadership content (articles/newsletters) to our database.
