Job Description

JOB FUNCTION:

  • To generate billings within 3 working days upon receipt of architect's certificates.
  • Monitor sales booking in the in-house system and generate the report on timely basis.
  • Responsibility for the first 10% downpayment collection.
  • Coordinate with appointed solicitors, bankers and valuers for loan documentation, progress billing and related matters.
  • To follow up with lawyers/purchasers/banks on status of loan doc. for timely collection.
  • Prepare monthly aging report for projects assigned.
  • To generate and send interest on late payment and miscellaneous billings, if any, together with statement accounts quarterly.
  • Maintain and update purchaser database in IFCA.
  • To attend to sales enquiries and closing of sales during launching, weekend duties and exhibition.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records in compliance with company SOP and regulatory requirements.
  • To check loan documents and memorandum of transfer before sending to management for execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate possess with Degree in Business Admin, Real Estate or other relevant course.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages for international business.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
