Promote and sell company products by establishing and developing relationships with prospective and existing customers to achieve sales targets
Expand business with existing customers by promoting new products and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Maintain accurate customer, product, and market data, and provide market intelligence and feedback for continuous improvement
Prepare and execute sales plans to meet assigned targets, applying analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
Prepare pricing, sales, and customer documentation including CR/RFQ, forecasts, quotations, samples, registrations, shipments, artwork, and customer visits
Maintain proper documentation and records of agreements and contracts in compliance with customer and company requirements
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints, follow up on payments when required, and coordinate internally for resolution
Coordinate local and overseas exhibitions and marketing events, packaging change orders (PCO), user acceptance testing (UAT), and product trials
Maintain accuracy of initial production for new items through the signing production process and contribute to annual sales budget planning using customer forecasts
Perform administrative and coordination tasks, including monitoring payments, executing instructions, and carrying out other duties assigned by the Immediate Superior
Requirements
. Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from a recognised institution
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Knowledge of sales negotiation techniques, selling, and presentation skills
