Execute and manage sales operations activities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Coordinate sales operations processes, maintain documentation and reporting discipline, and assist with audits and quality requirements.
Provide operational support to sales teams and internal stakeholders, assisting the Immediate Superior in maintaining smooth daily sales operations and effective administrative execution.
Maintain compliance with business process practices, such as reviewing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) as required
Maintain systematic filing and documentation systems in line with company quality certifications, including Customer Requirement Files (CRF) and control documents
Coordinate internal and external audits, fire drill programmes, and quality compliance activities related to sales operations
Manage sales operation improvement projects and implement new initiatives arising from process reviews and operational enhancements
Prepare and verify KPI tracking reports, management reports, and sales operation meeting minutes for accuracy and timely submission
Maintain the master price list, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
Liaise between the sales team, the supply chain management team and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and operational support
Monitor and control office expenditures, manage glove sample inventory, and coordinate with vendors and new office owners on service contracts and payments
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or any related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong numerical ability with competency in management reporting
Ability to liaise with competitors and suppliers to gather market information
