Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Seremban, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves actively identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting advisory and sales solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Executive Sales Representative will conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in sales tracking systems. The role also includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The Executive Sales Representative is expected to participate in regular performance reviews, attend training sessions, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, lead generation, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and reporting.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, meet sales targets, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Relevant experience in sales, advisory services, or customer-facing roles; experience in financial or professional services is an advantage.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Comfort with working independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Seremban and nearby areas for client meetings when required.
