Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johor Bahru for an Executive/Senior Executive in Account & Admin & HR. The individual will manage day-to-day accounting functions, handle administrative duties, and oversee HR tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing payroll, coordinating office operations, and supporting recruitment activities. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Full Set of Accounts:
  • Manage and maintain complete accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, and manage cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage and monitor staff attendance, salary payable, and other related matters.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and other external parties.
  • Perform details checking of daily invoices and delivery order.
  • Manage Administrative jobs, maintain proper and up to date record.
  • Assist Head of Accounts in day to day operation.
  • Able to take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to converse in mandarin will be added advantage
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in Full set of account is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): SQL Accounting, MS Office
  • Strong persuasive, negotiation and communication skills
  • Possesses strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ability

  • Good discipline and team player
