Responsibilities (Marketing and Sales)
- Responsible for the recruitment of students and the sales and marketing of services offered by the University.
- Create comprehensive marketing plan tailored to different international markets.
- Established and maintain relationship with international educational institutions, agents, and partners to promote collaboration and student exchange programs.
- Handling enquiries and counselling to prospective student/parents to enrol in the University.
- To participate in road shows, education fairs and other marketing activities as may be required.
- Identify opportunities for participation in international education fairs, conferences, and events to showcase the education centre and attract prospective students.
- Responsible to work in a team for the achievement of business goals and recruitment targets
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, marketing, or student recruitment.
- Prior experience in a private university or higher education institution in Malaysia is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue or recruitment targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
